I’m a little late on getting this post up but I just wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t mention how my Irish Blonde Ale turned out. The short answer: pretty darn good!

This homebrew has received universal praise from everyone that’s tried it so far. It has a flavour first but smooth after taste, with a few people giving comparisons to the beer Harp. More importantly when comparing this to my first homebrew, this one seems better in almost every way which hopefully means I’m learning something and improving my process! I would definitely make this one again.
