Normally I’ll “review” the brew only after living with it for a while in order to make sure I’ve had a chance to notice all of the different flavours the beers have to offer. These reviews are less about how good or bad the recipe was and more about what I personally thought of the brew so like with most things on the Internet your mileage may vary.
