Recipe: OBK American Amber Ale

Moderate hop aromas are citrusy from the American hop character, balanced with a caramel aroma from the malts used. Flavour is balanced with the same citrusy hop flavours coinciding with the subtle malt sweetness from the steeping grains. Hop bitterness is in check for the style. This brew is like an American Pale ale but with more caramel richness and more American hop character.
